The Starstreak is Britain's most advanced portable missile system, and the UK sent a shipment to Ukraine in March.
The missiles are guided and separated into three arrows that have a range of up to seven kilometers, reports The Times. A video emerged from early April showing the Starstreak missile in action, shooting down a Russian helicopter.

However, now Ukraine can only launch British missiles using shoulder-mounted or portable launchers, The Times reports.
The 13.5-ton Stormer vehicles are more flexible, the paper says, and allow Ukrainian forces to speed up to locations at 50 miles per hour, fire a missile and then leave.
Sources told The Sun "a handful of Stormers" will be deployed to Ukraine with 120 fighters.
The Stormers' deployment to Ukraine has not been officially announced, but The Sun reports that Defense Secretary Ben Wallace will make a statement in Parliament this week.

"It's no secret that the UK has promised to help Ukraine with its anti-aircraft measures," a source told the paper.
The Ministry of Defense hosted a Ukrainian government delegation at the Salisbury Plain Training Area two weeks ago and was expected to demonstrate the technology, The Times said.
The move marks a significant increase in heavy weapons shipments from Britain to Ukraine as Russia continues its offensive in the Donbass region.
"The combination of Stormer-Starstreak will increase the military capabilities of Ukraine," Colonel Richard Kemp, commander of British forces in Afghanistan, told The Times.

"It's a very effective combat vehicle that will do serious damage to any low-level attack attempts by Putin's air force."
However, Kemp told reporters that the move could anger Moscow, which has previously expressed anger with the West over sending weapons to Ukraine.
British forces are expected to attack local units in Kiev for the first time since the Russian invasion, Ukrainian officials told the Times of London.
